Please submit your admission request through below form.

Documents to be submitted  along with a print out of email with parents/guardian signature which will you receive after successful from submission:

1) Photocopy of  Birth certificate for candidate.

2) Photocopy of Adhaar Card of Parents and Candidate.

3) Photocopy of Report Card of last Annual Examination (Not applicable for Play Group, Lower Nursery and Upper Nursery).

4) Photocopy of Report card of half yearly/Terminal Examination of present year (Not applicable for Play Group, Lower Nursery and Upper Nursery).

5) Original TC must be submitted before the beginning of the Session (Not applicable for Play Group, Lower Nursery and Upper Nursery).
